A Fabulously Fantastic Weekend

We spent this past weekend celebrating the wedding of two of our closest friends, and I can honestly say it was the most fun we've had in a long time! We spent the day with a fabulous crew: the bride was beautiful, the groom was hilarious, and the wedding party were some of the neatest people- they were just so much fun! The wedding was gorgeous; each and every part a testament to their commitment to loving God first and each other second- it was a beautiful picture of the way Christ loves the church, and we were so blessed to be a part of it! We could not have been happier for the bride and groom who had been dating for SEVEN years before Saturday! The hubby and I met the bride and groom in middle school, and it was the bride who hooked the hubby and I up five (five?!? really?!?!) years ago. They were both in our wedding almost two years ago, and we love them to bits and pieces. So needless to say, this was a highly anticipated day, and we were on cloud 9 all weekend! Congrats to our very own Shrek and Fiona (nicknames they have entirely brought on themselves! =])! Bring back some Jamaican sunshine when you come home next week!
