Backstreet's Back...

...Alright! (I can't help it. I'm a tweener of the 90's)

After a total of 4+ hours on the phone with our internet provider, we are finally hooked in at home. FINALLY.

I. can't. even. tell. you. how. much. i. have. to. blog. about.

Here's a taster...I'll be back with more after we go to the store to pick up the Hubs' much anticipated copy of Halo 8,000 or whatever.

Newbie is 5 months old!

the Hubs' is hopped up on all kinds of pain killers because he fell down the stairs and may have fractured his back...whaaat?!? No, I'm not kidding. And yes, he's ok. Sorta. We're waiting to hear back about X-rays he got yesterday.

Yes. It was my fault he fell. After YEARS of telling him to pick up his shoes at the top of the stairs in our mudroom, it was a pink shoe he tripped on while taking out the trash Saturday. The guilt is suffocating!

It is fall here. Really. It's chilly and we bought cider, apples, and donuts Saturday (before the pink shoe incident). Officially fall.

Newbie LOVES football. I am guilty of letting him sit in front of the tv watching it with his Daddy-O while on the phone with the internet peeps for way too long. At least he was entertained???

We have candy corns.

I folded five baskets of laundry this morning.

Newbie is still boycotting formal naps of any kind.

Parenthood starts up tonight.

There is a soap on the tv right now...and the Hubs is watching it-ba ha ha! He's on pain killers and a little less than aware of his surroundings, and I'm pretty sure he's just too tired to change it. I would, but my foot is busy bouncing an almost snoozing Newbie in the bouncer, and I can't reach the remote from here. So I'm learning all about what Yavonda really thinks of the stunt Stephanie pulled at the class reunion two years ago. Good. GRIEF.

I think we're going to toss these two boys into the back seat of the car and go pick up a video game my husband pre-ordered three weeks ago. I'll be back later with pictures and updates and all kinds of excitement since my internet is hooked up again and I have the potential to blog 97 times a day again. Woohoo!
